A Homeschool Co-op
After years of connection and growth through our weekly Homeschool Co-op classes, we’re turning the page to something new. M.O.R.E of Baltimore is now offering Monthly Field Trips—fun, hands-on experiences designed to spark curiosity, build real-world skills, and inspire young minds in business and financial literacy.
This program was inspired by the success of Tulsa's Greenwood District. Greenwood, the pioneering and unapologetic epicenter of African American business and culture, was commonly known as "Black Wall Street." The history of "Black Wall Street" has taught us much about the courage and fortitude required to build a self-sufficient and self-reliant Black economy. Today, we want to empower young people to think like O.W. Gurley and become entrepreneurial pioneers in their own community.
M.O.R.E stands for Mentoring our Rising Entrepreneurs and we are a non-profit organization based in Baltimore, Maryland.
We’ve loved building community through our Homeschool Co-op classes, but now it’s time for a new chapter. M.O.R.E of Baltimore is shifting from weekly classes to offering enriching MONTHLY FIELD TRIPS — and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead!
Each trip will spark adventure while inspiring entrepreneurial thinking and financial literacy in our youth. These outings are designed to create meaningful learning experiences outside the classroom, and to continue strengthening the community we’ve all helped to build.
Let’s keep building something special — together.
