Our Origin

Dedicated Educators

Dedicated Educators

We created M.O.R.E of Baltimore, Homeschool Tutorial to support, encourage, and engage parents during their homeschool journey.  We saw a void in the teaching of African American history and economics in our schools, so we decided to focus on educating the youngest of students on what entrepreneurship could mean for them and their communities.

Dedicated Educators

Dedicated Educators

Dedicated Educators

We know that learning is easier when you have an excellent teacher or tutor. That's why most of our educators have achieved an advanced degree in their field. Our team is passionate about the subjects they teach and bring this enthusiasm into their lessons. We encourage creativity in learning.

Commitment to You

Commitment to You

Are you a beginner, expert, or somewhere in between homeschool parent? Not to worry! We partner with you to provide a supportive learning environment that's designed to prepare your child on their individual journey. We also offer weekly parent nights to check in with you.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The M.O.R.E Tutorial was designed to supplement, not replace, your homeschool instruction. Parents are ultimately responsible for providing regular, thorough instruction in reading, math, science, social studies, music, health, and PE; while maintaining a portfolio of their child‘s work.  See our schedule of classes.

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!

M.O.R.E. of Baltimore was founded as a non-profit organization to support, encourage, and engage parents as they continue their homeschooling journey. Your contribution will enable us to continue our mission of educating students about their heritage and the benefits of entrepreneurship for them and their communities.
