Traditionally, a homeschooling parent and a state school evaluator or "Umbrella" would meet to discuss the child's progress and portfolio.
The primary legal purpose of the review is to confirm that the family is in compliance with homeschool regulations.
A review provides an opportunity to ask questions and brainstorm.
